will be treated with respect and dignity throughout the process. When you call our office, you will speak to an attorney who will discuss your claim with you. If needed, you will be set up to meet with that attorney for a free consultation. This allows you the opportunity to decide if you want our law firm
to represent you in the matter. Please rest assured that should you hire us to handle your legal matter, we will take it seriously, properly investigate, and when appropriate, seek to get all the medical information about your claim so that we might fully protect your legal rights. We try and resolve matters without the need to go to court, but if those attempts fail, we will be prepared to go to a trial or hearing depending on your type of claim to make sure your rights are protected. We have two locations, Aiken and North Augusta, and will make things as convenient as possible for you, and would certainly be willing to come to your home or to your hospital room if that is necessary.
