Victoria Youngblood Wilson
Victoria Youngblood Wilson is a native of Aiken, South Carolina. Victoria received her Associates in Science from Aiken Technical College in 2009, received her certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2011, and is a current member of the South Carolina Association for Justice. Victoria has been with Maxwell Law Firm since April 2015 and serves as a personal injury and litigation paralegal. She and her husband, Joshua, have been married for six years and have two daughters and a son.

Judy Hicks
Judy Hicks, our North Augusta Receptionist, is a native of Aiken County. Judy has worked in the North Augusta Office since July 2016. She previously worked at the Savannah River Site and retired after over 30 years of federal service. She is an active member of Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville where she volunteers in various ministries. Judy has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Judy Hicks, our North Augusta Receptionist, is a native of Aiken County. Judy has worked in the North Augusta Office since July 2016. She previously worked at the Savannah River Site and retired after over 30 years of federal service. Patty Clarke
Patty Clarke was born in Chicago, Illinois, but has lived in the Aiken/Edgefield areas for over 50 years. She over 30 years of legal experience, having been with Maxwell Law Firm since its inception in 1992, as a Litigation Paralegal. She and her husband, Randy, have been married for 43 years and have two children, Randolph Vincent and Ashley Lynn. They are also the proud grandparents of three grandchildren, Layla Rose, Aiden Randolph, and Jackson Connor. She was a member of the Aiken County Legal Professionals Association for several years and is an active member of Cedar Creek Church where she teaches 3 year olds in Kidz Creek Sunday School.

Melody Bruder
Melody Bruder is originally from Aiken, however, North Augusta has been home for approximately 35 years. Melody began working with the Maxwell Law Firm in 1995 in our North Augusta office. Melody serves as a litigation and workers' compensation paralegal. Melody has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren.

Beverly Hodson
Beverly Hodson, our Aiken receptionist, is also a native of South Carolina. Beverly has over 25 years' experience in client relations. She is married to Johnny Hodson and has one son. She is an active member of Christian Heritage Church, where she serves on the Women's Ministry Board.

Allen Maxwell
Allen Maxwell is a native and resident of Aiken. He joined his father at the Maxwell Law Firm in 2003, and has experience in many aspects of the legal field, as he is a former employee of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. He is married to Megan Maxwell and they have two beautiful pugs.

Erika Kulig received her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies in 2013 at Augusta Technical College. She joined the Maxwell Law Firm in 2021 and serves as a litigation and workers' compensation paralegal in our Aiken Office. She is married to Mitchell and has two Labrador Retrievers.

Madeline Lawrence
Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Madeline Lawrence moved to Aiken with her parents at the age of eight and considers herself a local. Prior to joining Maxwell Law Firm in 2022, Madeline gained experience working in probate administration and probate litigation at a firm in Lexington, South Carolina. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of South Carolina Aiken with a dual degree in English and Education. She received her paralegal certification from the University of South Carolina. Madeline lives in Aiken with her husband Ryan and daughters, Lillian and Elodie.
